What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?
At Truefit Dog Coats, our ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused, unworn, clean, and hair-free item in original condition within 30 days, and we will arrange for a prompt refund, minus shipping.
I received my dog coat, but it's the wrong size and/or color. Can I exchange it for a different dog coat?
From time to time, we know that our customers may need to exchange one of our products. You may contact us to resolve any questions you have about an item. For sizing help, please have the base of neck, back length, and "drop" measurement ready when you call (take your dog's drop measurement while your dog is standing straight by measuring from the spine, or topline, and continuing down toward the floor to point on the back of the front elbow). If you do need to make an exchange, please mail the dog coat back (after checking it for dog hair) and include a note inside the package with your name and which size/color you would prefer. If you request a larger size and the price is more, your card will be changed for the upsize.
Note: If the dog coat has an adjustable neck, you can adjust the back length slightly by making the neck opening larger or smaller.
My dog decided they no longer want to look stylish and warm in a Truefit Dog Coat. Can I return it?
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do our best to help you through the return process. To ensure that your package arrives to us safely, please inspect and fold the item before shipping and include your invoice inside the box/bag. Credit will be issued within 48 hours. Some banks put a hold on your refund, so you may not see it post to your account for several days or even a week. Unfortunately, we can't control banks policies (although we wish we could).
