Foggy Mountain Snuggler fleece dog coats are an excellent choice for mild to cold climates. The adjustable belly flap makes getting out the door simple and fast. Plush fleece outer layer with a soft fleece lining for extra warmth

Size = back length of the coat

Measure your standing dog straight and square from base of neck (where you feel the shoulder blades start) to where the tail meets the body

Find coats for Dachshunds (thin/petite bodied breeds), Bassets, English Bulldogs and French Bulldogs under "shop dog coats"
  • Adjustable belly flap secured with hook and loop (like velcro)
  • Just slip over the dog's head-adjust the belly flap and go!

Best dog coat for my chihuahua. Warm, comfortable, the dog loves them. Easy to put on and take off. Very attractive too. We get lots of compliments. The best customer service! :-)

These are the best coats! We won't ever need to replace it. We moved to Western Maryland and our Southern California dogs did not take well to the cold! When we got it, it fit perfectly. We also ordered dachshund snugglies for our dachshunds, and there was a definite difference in the side length. Even though one of those is the same length size as this one, this fit her perfectly. We tried this on the dachshund and it went almost to the ground. We tried the dachshund one on her and it only covered half of her sides. They're made perfectly for the different breeds. The only complaint I have is that the neck on this coat is sewn together. I wouldn't know how inconvenient this is if I hadn't also purchased dachshund coats. I have to guide her head through the hole to put it on her, whereas on the dachshund coats, the neck is velcroed around them so that I can just throw the coat on their back, reach under their neck and then under their bellies and it's on.

I would recommend these coats to everyone!

This is our 3rd coat as our pup has grown.
They are by far, the highest quality and beautifully made coats you could buy. Highly recommend!
